The Embassy Cigar Lounge was founded by a group of cigar enthusiasts looking for a comfortable indoor venue to enjoy cigars. Tired of spending winters smoking in their garages, they began searching the Stafford area for a place to enjoy a cigar, a cocktail and even some food. The search ended when the group realized only a few establishments in DC and Richmond offered this combination.

Once it became clear the local area didn’t have such an establishment, the logical next step was to create one. Finding a suitable location was not easy but one day while dining at the Globe & Laurel Restaurant they noticed a supply room adjacent to the restaurant. It seemed like a perfect venue for a comfortable and inviting cigar lounge and a perfect match working in conjunction with the restaurant.

Please stop in and say hello, enjoy a premium cigar, drink of your choice and even a nice meal while relaxing in the lounge watching a game on the big screen TV! You’ll always find a friendly crowd.
